Bad refund policies are infuriating, which is why we make it simple. If you're ever unhappy with our products for any reason, just contact our support team and we'll take care of you as soon as possible.
Examples of full refunds we'd grant.
- If you are within the money-back guarantee period and would like a full refund for any reason. No problem, we'll give you your money back.
Examples of partial refunds or credits we'd grant.
- If you unintentionally purchased our product or ended up not using our product at all, we can work something out.
- If we had extended downtime (multiple hours in a day, or multiple days in a month) or you emailed customer service and it took multiple days to get back to you, we can work something out.
